Step-1. To understand clearly a Client's goals, expectation, budget & schedule.
We will ask bunch of questions like:
What products you want to mill OR what profiles the logs must be turned into?
What is your target productivity in terms of MFBM or cubic meters or linear foot or meters per work-shift?
What is your target budget?
When do you want the equipment to be delivered by?
Do you need leasing/financing?
What equipment you already have, can be used with the new machines?
What is your log inventory diameter spread:
less than 4" (<100mm) - ... %

Step-3. Demonstration.
Sometimes we can arrange demo at our existing client's yard.
Step-4. Contract, Payment, Delivery.
The Contract terms should be discussed;
Leasing is possible;
Shipping & Delivery dates and methods;
Release of liabilities Form is to be signed by the Client;
We accept credit cards payments up to 5,000 USD & wire transfers only;
We accept USD, CAD, EURO;
We ship worldwide;
Step-5. Follow up. Warranty. Support.
Making sure that Client is satisfied;
We provide warranty & servicing if necessary;
We can provide training on the client's yard;
